Rhonda Lynn Sponcil, age 74, of Greenfield, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Christ Hospital of Cincinnati. She was born on May 14, 1950, in New Castle, Indiana, the daughter of Arthur James and Lou Alice (Miles) Clark. She attended Yorktown Elementary and High School and was a graduate of Ball State University earning her Bachelor of Science in Education and then Ohio University earning her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She was a member of the Leesburg Friends Church and was in the "USFW" United Society of Friends Women Club. She traveled a lot throughout the U.S. starting in 2003 when she began giving teaching seminars and more so after she retired. Rhonda was able to explore 48 of the 50 states, only missing Hawaii and Alaska. She retired in 2007 from Greenfield Exempted Village Schools after teaching Jr. High Home Economics from 1972-1976, High School Home Economics from 1982-1989, and Kindergarten and 1st grade from 1989-2007.
