Sandra "Sandy" Lee (Winters) Burnett, age 82, of Highland, Ohio, passed away peacefully Wednesday March 5, 2025, surrounded by her family at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born on March 10, 1942, in Highland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Emery "Speed" Winters and Dorothy (Moore) Winters. Sandy was a faithful Christian and baptized at the Pricetown Church of Christ. She was a 1960 graduate of Fairfield High School in Leesburg and soon after graduation she married the love of her life, Ronald E. Burnett, on September 4, 1960. Sandy began her working career at the Leesburg Dairy Bar, she was also a farmer's wife, she owned and operated Sandy's Craft and Video Shop in Highland, she worked at Airborne Express for 10 years, and what she enjoyed most was helping watch her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
